PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
By submitting an order for these services, you agree to have the monthly fee withdrawn from your
account on the first day of each month following 30 days after your order. It is the duty of the client to
maintain an adequate balance in the account to cover these fees, and any and all bank fees and/or penalties
that may result from failure to maintain a balance on the account adequate to cover the amount is entirely
fault and responsibility of the client. If the client fails to keep the account in good standing
for a period of 90 days, client is in default of the agreement and grants a power of attorney to
Genucap Resources, LLC to transfer the client's interest in the entity and accounts in question as
Genucap Resources, LLC may deem appropriate.
Genucap Resources, LLC, will not refund any funds received once funds
are accepted by Genucap Resources, LLC, and services have been performed accept as described in our website or our contractual information.
However, not withstanding the above policy, clients are welcome to make any request
regarding billing issues to billing@genucap.com. Refunds
will be granted at our sole discretion.
DELIVERY STANDARDS
Genucap Resources, LLC, will normally use standard postal delivery
by United States Postal Service unless specifically stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to use overnight and/or other courier services in order
to expedite delivery of important documents and material.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We respect your right to privacy. Privacy is a very serious matter
for Genucap Resources, LLC. It is true that in order to process
your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name,
address, email address, and method of payment. All required information
is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.
